Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a late-departure
fee of $100.00.

Unit Damage:
All previous damage to your vacation rental should be
reported upon check in. In the unlikely event that you
inadvertently damage the property yourself, please
inform our office immediately so that we can take appropriate
measures to minimize both the damage to the property
and your costs to repair the damage.

Maintenance triage policy:
Please call our office with any maintenance issues you
may have during your stay. We are available 24 hours by
leaving a voice mail on our office line which will page
the manager on duty. We will address your problem as quickly
and efficiently as possible; however, please understand
that we may not be able to attend to minor maintenance
issues as promptly as we would like during the busy season.

Adult Supervision:
Each unit must be occupied by an adult at least 25 years
of age for the full term of the rental period. This policy
will be strictly enforced, and violations will result in
immediate eviction with no refund.

Pets:
Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed in our units
without prior written approval and a $250.00 refundable
damage deposit.

Smoking:
All of our rentals are non-smoking. Please smoke outside
and dispose of your ashes and butts responsibly.

Cancellations and Hurricane/Bad weather policy:
Premier Beach Properties does not offer refunds for
cancellations. However, you will never lose your vacation
with us. Our policy is to issue vouchers for another time of
your choosing, and we will honor the exact dollar amount
of your reservation indefinately...even years later!
If Walton County officials order a mandatory evacuation,
you will be refunded for the unused portion of your stay.
If you decide to cancel due to the threat of a hurricane
or named tropical storm, you will be issued a voucher
redeemable at a future date within an equal rate period
of your choice. We do not offer refunds due to normal
Florida storm activity.
